Black Jack

 One of my favorite "Famous" real horses.  

This horse is based of of the real Caisson Horse that was part of several important funerals including President John F. Kennedy.

Black Jack, Finished 

                                                  He and his tack, all done by me is done.                                                                                                    

The boots, sword, and outfit for his handler were all bought from
Battlegear Toys

I wanted him to be in a walking pose, but he had to have his head up higher than a Comanche was posed so, I put a Thunderbolt head on a Comanche Body. 

Adding the head to the body with the first layer
of Apoxie Sculpt.

I had to "glue" his leg joints in the pose I wanted.
Then use Apoxie Sculpt to smooth seams, both on the legs and more on the neck.

Then I had to add and smooth more Apoxie Sculpt on the neck
and sand, sand, sand to smooth.  Then came the sculpting of 
a new bottom of the mane.

Done with the horse.  Now I just need the tack
and an Officer to walk with him.
